Paris as we all know is known for its Food, Disneyland, Eiffel tower (of course!) and loads and loads of history surrounding the city. So without any further delay let's dive into the details of the exciting trip I had to Paris and hopefully should help you plan your trip too.

The Full Trip Details:

If you're travelling only within the Paris City, get a day pass for travel only for Zone 1. The machines are a bit weird so its best to take the pass from the Service desks for Zone 1. Should cost you around €8-9.

  • Day 1: Paris City - Travelling to the city of love with your partner is a sheer cheesy dream that every romantic person would love to experience. I was no different. We booked our romantic getaway to Paris for a 4 day trip. We spent our Day 1 exploring the Paris city and its historical architecture. Here you go with our Day 1 details:

    1. The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur - This building is lovely to see from all the angles and a heaven for people who like to pose. On a bright sunny day, you'll love the pictures that comes out at this place (trust me, they'll all be insta-worthy and you'll be spoiled for choices). However, be very careful of people who'll try to "forcefully" pull your hand to tie some godly thread on your hand and try to get money off from you. So make sure you don't give them an opportunity to do so and be careful. They'll generally be found standing near the stairs to your way up to Sacré-Cœur.

    2. Arc De Triomphe - Another lovely monument inspired by the Arc of Titus in Rome. Arc De Triomphe is dedicated to the armies of Revolution. Worth witnessing how tall the structure is built.

    3. Eiffel Tower - The world famous Eiffel Tower needs no description. Whatsoever, its called the 'Hot-Spot' for pick pocketers. I did not personally find issue, but could be only because we were too careful and didn't give anyone an opportunity to steal anything from our bag. So better be safe than sorry :). There are numerous locations from which you'll have lovely pictures of the Eiffel Tower (with/without yourself in the frame). Here you go with the locations of those places (note that some might be very crowdy):

      1. Trocadero - Find the stairs for a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower standing tall behind you. (https://goo.gl/maps/bPUe8aVjZwARbba96)

      2. Gardens near Trocadero - Climb up near the fountain for a clear view of the Eiffel Tower (much less crowdy than the rest of locations). So take all the time in the world to get your best pose :D (https://goo.gl/maps/vTgRCRDvB7zfSHT18)

      3. Port Debilly - Just find a sweet spot to stand near this river bank of Seine river (make sure you have some trees to add effect to your photos) and just smile your way through to get the perfect potrait picture overlooking the Eiffel Tower. (https://goo.gl/maps/hXdKd68dMUYShLBK7)

      4. Secret Spot used widely by Paris Photographer (also my personal favorite) - This is just near the stair to get down on Port Debilly, you can climb up on the stairs and get the most mesmerizing view of the Eiffel Tower. (https://goo.gl/maps/KQNZ5dmdV1Anrj5y6)

      5. The list goes on and on and on. There are so many other blogs and places you'll find to click good photos of the Eiffel Tower with you in the frame. Just find any good spot and dont forget to enjoy while you click the pictures.

    4. Louvre Museum - Needs no introduction as that's where you'll find the original painting of the young and dashing lady called the 'Mona Lisa'. Make sure you reach on time here in order to make the most out of the museum and the area around. They are very strict about timings and will ask you to leave as soon as the time's up.

That wrapped up our Day 1 in Paris.

  • Day 2 and 3 were solely kept for Disneyland - In my personal opinion, if you are young and non-tiring group of people, you can complete all the major attraction and most to-do places in 1 day. You can find my Disneyland (both parks) itinerary in the exact order you can do the rides along with my personal rating for each one of them. Feel free to ask in comments sections if you have any questions regarding Disneyland travel. Also, make sure to get your accommodation at a walking distance to Disneyland as the bus takes a lot of time to come up and you don't want to be waiting in the long queue when the park opens.

  • Final Day in Paris - A lavish self identified food tour. We visited various places in Paris to try to famous Parisian delicacies. Here are list of places we visited:

    • Breizh Cafe - Best known for their Crepes

    • Jean-Paul Hevin - Marais - The Chocolate Bar - Very tasty macros

    • Market area (https://goo.gl/maps/TrYBr9ZKpK94ZJVs7) - If you're craving for some smoothies

    • Chez Marianne (https://goo.gl/maps/U5REtX6ie5AKefod6) - Good for Lebanese food. In fact this whole street is filled with various Lebanese options. Go for anyone. All looked really yum.

    • Maison Aleph - A sweet dish that was little on the costlier end and not so great at taste either. However, very picture friendly sweet. :D

    • A lot of Wine - What better than to end the trip with some natural wine in Paris near seine river
